How to Delete a Contact from a Campaign?

Many times we come across users who install ConvertPlus, publish a popup and try using it first. This is when test or sample email IDs are added to the list.

In the earlier versions, these entries often remained as useless contacts in the campaign.

But, ConvertPlus version 2.4.2 onwards, you can delete these contacts from the campaign.

All you need to do is

  1. Open your Connects page.
  2. Click on the Campaign name where these contacts are added.
  3. Click on the delete icon seen besides the particular contact. Refer the following image.
