ConvertPlus allows you to differentiate the visitors too. This means that you can customize every module depending on the visitors you are displaying it to.
This personalization feature of ConvertPlus allows you to target visitors seen at various levels of the Buyer’s journey.
The 4 factors on the basis of which you can target visitors are:
- Whether they are Logged in users (Logged in Users)
- Whether they have arrived for the first time i.e. New Visitors (First Time Users)
- The Device they use to view your website (Device Detection)
- The referral domain through which they arrived on your website. (Referrer Detection)
You can view these settings by opening a module in the Editor. Clicking on “Behavior” and then “Target Visitors”
This allows you to decide whether you wish to show or hide a particular module from users who have already logged into your website.
Note: From version 3.1.0 onwards, you’ll find the options of logged in users where you can select the users you wish to show the module or hide it from.
This allows you to decide whether you wish to show or hide a particular module from users who are viewing your website for the first time.
ConvertPlus detects the device a user is viewing your website through. The device detection feature can be used to decide whether you wish to hide a particular module on a desktop, tablet or mobile device. You can select any one, two or all three among the given options. By default, a module will be displayed on all devices.
There might be a few domains that bring in a lot of potential customers to your website. ConvertPlus lets you create customized offers for such domains. Using the Referrer Detection feature, you can decide whether you wish to display or hide a particular module from users arriving from a particular domain or list of domains.
