ConvertPlus lets you create WordPress popups, opt-in forms, or sign-up forms to capture more subscribers and turn website visitors into leads.
It includes a built-in lead capture tool called Connects, which you can use to store and manage leads or integrate with external email marketing tools.
ConvertPlus also integrates easily with Keap (Infusionsoft), allowing you to capture leads through its forms and manage email campaigns directly in Infusionsoft. In this article, we’ll show you how to integrate Keap with your ConvertPlus plugin.

How to Integrate ConvertPlus with Keap (InfusionSoft)
To integrate ConvertPlus with Infusionsoft, you can follow the steps mentioned below:
- Install the Connects Infusionsoft Addon under ConvertPlus > Addons.
Note: To install the “Keap (Infusionsoft) addon”, you’ll need to activate your ConvertPlus license.
Once done, you should see the addon installed by scrolling down to the same “Addons” screen.
- Now, go to ConvertPlus > Connects.
- Click on “Create a New Campaign”.
- Enter a “Campaign Name” and select Keap (Infusionsoft) from the drop-down below.
Note: A Campaign name should be valid, descriptive, and understandable so that you know what kind of leads are stored in it.
- After clicking “Next”, you’ll have to enter your Infusionsoft API Key.
Note:
- You should have an existing Keap (Infusionsoft) account
- Manage your tags well in Infusionsoft.
How to Find Your API Key In Your Keap Dashboard
First, log in to your Keap account and follow these steps:
- Click on your Profile icon and go to “Settings”.
- Here, scroll down and click on “API”.
- Here, go to “Personal Access Tokens” and click on “Create New”.
Once you’ve created the token, simply copy the newly created API key.
- Paste the API Key in your interface here:
- Click on “Authenticate Infusionsoft” and select the list you wish to integrate with ConvertPlus.
Finally, click the “Create Campaign” button and see a new campaign being added to the Connects page.
Using the Campaign In a Module
To actually use a campaign in one of your modules:
- Open any of your ConvertPlus modules and go under “Submissions”. For example, here we’ll be using the campaign in one of our modal popups:
- Click on our “Submissions” icon here.
- Here, select the appropriate campaign from the dropdown list. We’ll select the campaign created in the above example:
Once done, simply save and publish the desired module.
