You might want to track the page from where you’ve got a submission. You can do so by using a hidden field within a Convert Plus form.

Use a Hidden field and name it “page_url“.

This field will capture the URL of the page. In case you want this to be added to the list in a mailer, you will have to create a custom field in the particular mailer and name it “page_url”.
